Jaleah Sydnor is a multi-disciplinary entrepreneur whose work sits at the intersection of science, strategy, beauty, and community impact.

Her journey began at Stevenson University, where she attended on a full academic scholarship, studying Biology with a minor in French on a pre-medical track. During this time, she developed a strong foundation in research, critical thinking, and advocacy. She later advanced into a dual master’s education in Community Health and Healthcare Administration. Her academic work focused on addressing health disparities and advocating for underserved and overlooked populations, shaping a lens rooted in equity, access, and intentional care.

That same lens would later redefine how she approached business.

Transitioning into the beauty industry, Jaleah built a name for herself using her science degrees and educational background. She became a well-known celebrity lash artist, known not only for her precision and artistry, but for the experience she created for her clients. Her work quickly evolved beyond service. It became a case study in brand positioning, client retention, and premium service delivery.

With over a decade of experience working behind the chair, renting suites, and scaling her own clientele, she identified a gap: beauty professionals were either given independence without support, or structure without ownership. There was no environment that truly honored both.

That realization led to the creation of Soigné Luxury Beauty Lounge, a salon suite concept designed to merge autonomy with a cohesive, elevated brand experience. A space where beauty professionals can grow their businesses while operating within a luxury, intentional environment. Where clients experience beauty as both service and care.

Today, Jaleah operates as both a business owner and strategist. While she works with entrepreneurs across industries, her specialty lies in helping beauty professionals build six-figure businesses, scale their brands, and transition into ownership.

She now dedicates much of her time to education through hosting classes, courses, webinars, and speaking engagements where she teaches the systems, strategies, and mindset required to build sustainable, high-level businesses. Her approach blends analytical structure with lived experience, giving her clients not just information, but transformation.
